Senior Product Manager / Product Lead — iGaming

Full-time, remote**

We are looking for a strong product manager for a major iGaming product. You will be responsible for one of the key areas: identifying growth points and turning them into measurable business results. The team already has product expertise, and your direct supervisor will be the Head of Product. Target regions: Africa, CIS, Asia, Europe.

What you will do:

• Be responsible for the direction's metrics: conversion, retention, and monetization.
• Analyze data and player behavior: what is growing, what is declining, and why.
• Test hypotheses, launch changes with the team, and scale what works.
• Participate in product strategy and brand development.

Who we are looking for:

• A Senior / Lead Product Manager with experience in both Casino and Betting — this is mandatory.
• Experience with full responsibility for a product, brand, or major area.
• Strong analytical skills, knowledge of iGaming metrics, and successful hypothesis cases.
• Independent: able to find opportunities and drive initiatives to business results.
• Experience managing a large iGaming product or several areas will be a plus.
