We are looking for a Product Manager with experience in iGaming for an international IT company that develops B2C and B2B products in the gaming industry.

📍 Important: we consider candidates located outside the Russian Federation, with mandatory experience in iGaming.

Responsibilities: — developing bonus mechanics and promotions: welcome, reload, cashback, VIP, and others — forming the strategy and roadmap for the product line — working with hypotheses and identifying growth opportunities — analyzing key metrics: conversion, wagering, retention, LTV, churn, ROI — managing bonus economics and evaluating promotion effectiveness — working with segmentation and personalization of offers

What's important: — 2+ years of experience as a Product Manager — mandatory experience in iGaming — understanding of product and business metrics — ability to work with a large number of stakeholders and dependencies — readiness for a large structure and established processes
