We are looking for an experienced CPO to lead the product function and build a team of 5 people: 2 product managers, 1 business analyst, 2 system analysts. Your task is to bring order to processes, transform the incoming flow of requests into manageable delivery, and drive the product based on data and a deep understanding of the iGaming market.

What you'll be doing:
- Managing the incoming flow of tasks from the business — forming and prioritizing the product backlog based on business effect;
- Building a stable delivery process: reducing chaos, eliminating manual operations, implementing systemic solutions and automation;
- Product quality control — through task setting, QA processes, and checking metrics logic and data correctness before handing over to development;
- Influencing key product metrics: conversion, revenue, user experience;
- Hypothesis testing: CustDev, A/B tests, data-driven approach;
- Market analysis, competitor analysis, and audience needs analysis — finding new opportunities and trends;
- Close collaboration with the CTO: priorities and product solutions are your responsibility, architecture is his.
What we expect:
- CPO / Head of Product experience — from 2 years;
- Deep iGaming expertise: brands, geos, competitive advantages, understanding of White Label and own engines;
- Deep understanding of games, game mechanics, and providers. Ability to build processes and prioritize team tasks;
- Strong analytical skills, strategic and product thinking;
- Knowledge of iGaming legislation, trends, and technologies;
- English — Upper-Intermediate (B2) and above.
