VACANCY: Chief Product Officer (iGaming)⤵️

An international company in the iGaming sector with experience in over 75 countries. We are currently looking for a strong specialist for the position of: Chief Product Officer ⭐️Tier 2/3

🌐 Key Responsibilities:

• Forming and implementing the product strategy for the sportsbook / betting product. • Managing the incoming flow of tasks from the business, forming and prioritizing the product backlog. • Managing and developing the team of Product Managers, building effective interaction between teams. • Responsibility for key product metrics (LTV, Retention, ARPU, Conversion, GGR) and their growth. • Adapting the product for local markets, payment solutions, and user scenarios in Tier 2/3 GEOs. • Analyzing the market, competitors, and searching for new growth points. • Developing and optimizing the betting product, considering the specifics of the sportsbook vertical. • Interacting with CRM, Affiliate, Payments, BI, and Retention teams. • Making decisions based on analytics, product, and business metrics.

📊 Requirements:

• Mandatory experience as CPO / Head of Product in iGaming / betting. • Mandatory experience with the sportsbook / betting vertical. • Deep iGaming expertise: brands, GEOs, White Label, and own platform solutions. • Experience and understanding of the specifics of Tier 2/3 markets (Africa, Asia, etc.). • Good understanding of Affiliate Marketing. • Knowledge of gaming and betting mechanics, providers, and market trends. • Experience in scaling products and working with high-volume products. • Data-driven approach, strategic thinking, and strong people management skills.
