Product Owner

A product-based IT company that develops and supports high-load projects for major companies, including globally recognized ones, most of which are B2B solutions in the entertainment, gaming, and sports sectors, is looking for a Product Owner.

Responsibilities:

🌸Development and evolution of product strategy for slots, crash games, and non-standard game mechanics

🌸Analysis of product metrics (retention, conversion, RTP behavior, session length, LTV, drop-off, etc.)

🌸Creation of new game concepts: idea generation, collecting references, designing the mathematical model, UX, and player flow

🌸Understanding player psychology and building a gaming experience that increases engagement and retention

🌸Goal setting, prioritization, roadmap formation, and execution control

🌸Planning and conducting A/B tests, interpreting results, and scaling successful solutions

🌸Working with business metrics: impact of features and games on revenue, profitability, P&L forecasting

Requirements:

💦iGaming experience from 1 year

💦Product Owner / Product Manager experience from 3 years

💦Knowledge of product metrics, principles of their analysis and impact on business

💦Experience in generating game concepts, understanding game mechanics and player psychology

💦Knowledge of the full development cycle: from idea to release and subsequent analysis

💦Skills in backlog planning, prioritization, roadmap formation

💦Ability to conduct A/B tests and analyze results

💦Strong analytical and communication skills

💦Initiative, creativity, ability to propose non-standard solutions
