🚀 Zexter is an ambitious technology company building its own iGaming ecosystem. As one of our group brands, we are looking for a high calibre Product Owner to lead the planning, execution, and optimization of product initiatives, marketing campaigns, and player retention strategies.
Key responsibilities:
- Own the product lifecycle: from market research and hypothesis generation to product releases and post-launch analysis.
- Optimize key product metrics: improve conversion rates (Registration-to-Deposit), Retention, Churn Rate, LTV, and ARPU.
- Enhance user experience (UX/UI): design and optimize customer journeys (CJM), registration flows, KYC verification, and payment gateway experiences.
- Manage the product backlog: gather requirements from stakeholders, prioritize initiatives using frameworks such as RICE/ICE, and create clear product specifications for the development team.
- Drive product decisions with data: conduct A/B tests and perform in-depth user behavior analysis using product analytics tools.
- Develop engagement and retention mechanics: improve loyalty programs, tournaments, bonus systems, and VIP programs.
Job Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in iGaming: solid understanding of online casino products (Slots, Live Casino) and/or Sportsbook.
- Knowledge of regulatory environments: understanding of market-specific requirements (Tier-1, LATAM, Asia, etc.), as well as the fundamentals of compliance and Responsible Gambling.
- Technical background: understanding of APIs, game provider integrations, and payment system integrations.
- Hands-on experience with product tools: Amplitude, Mixpanel, Google Analytics, Jira, Confluence, and Figma.
- Russian level: Fluent
- English proficiency: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher, sufficient for competitor analysis and communication with international partners.
