🚀 Middle Product Manager | iGaming | Remote We are looking for a Middle Product Manager who will become a key link between business, development, and operational teams.

This is not a classic Product Manager role. We are looking for a universal specialist who can manage the product backlog, translate business needs into quality requirements for development, lead UX/UI initiatives, and participate in product development through research and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Manage the product backlog: collect, analyze, prioritize, and support requests until release; • Prepare PRDs, BRDs, User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, and other product documentation; • Support development, participate in planning, acceptance, and releases; • Lead the product UX/UI improvement project: identify problems, form hypotheses, work with design, and control the implementation of changes; • Conduct Product Research: competitive analysis, user research, data analysis, and search for new product development opportunities; • Interact with Development, CRM, Support, VIP, Risk, Content teams, and other internal stakeholders; • Participate in the development of QC processes and translate the results of quality analysis into product initiatives.

We expect

✔️ 2+ years of experience specifically in the role of Product Manager; ✔️ Experience with B2C products; ✔️ Experience managing a product or a significant part of it; ✔️ Proficient in Jira and Confluence; ✔️ Experience writing PRDs, BRDs, User Stories, User Flows, and Acceptance Criteria; ✔️ Understanding of UX/UI and product analytics; ✔️ Experience interacting with development and cross-functional teams; ✔️ English language — B2+.

Will be a plus

• Experience in iGaming; • Experience conducting Product Research; • Knowledge of PostHog, Tableau, or Power BI; • Understanding of API and development processes.

We are looking for a Product Manager who made product decisions, managed the backlog, and was responsible for the result.
