Middle Product Owner (iGaming)
Location: RB / Europe
Employment: Full-time, remote/hybrid
Salary: 2000 - 2700 USD

We are looking for a Middle Product Owner who will be responsible for the development and growth of a key product component – the registration process (onboarding funnel).
The main goal is to create an effective and scalable registration funnel, taking into account the requirements of various markets and jurisdictions.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven experience as a Product Owner/Product Manager with a focus on registration/onboarding funnels;
- Understanding of funnel metrics (conversion, churn, UX pain points);
- Understanding of current development processes within the team;
- Strong planning, task management, and information structuring skills;
- Experience in backlog management and prioritization;
- Understanding of the software development lifecycle;
- Basic knowledge of JIRA and Confluence.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Management of the product and registration funnel (development, optimization);
- Formation and prioritization of the backlog in accordance with business goals;
- Task definition and provision of requirements to the team;
- Planning team work and deadline control;
- Interaction with stakeholders and cross-functional teams;
- Participation in Scrum processes and ensuring task execution transparency;
- Collection and analysis of requirements, feedback, and metrics;
- Balancing business goals, UX, and technical constraints.
