Middle Product Manager / Product Owner

What you will be doing:

1. Product Management and Planning:

• Short-term and long-term planning of the team's work (Roadmap, sprints).
• Preparation and description of tasks: business logic, requirements, design (jointly with system analysts).
• Backlog management: prioritization, grooming, and control of implementation deadlines.
• Ensuring transparency: maintaining statuses, identifying risks, and eliminating blockers.

2. Interaction with Business and Stakeholders:

• Close communication with clients to clarify expectations and promptly change priorities.
• Organization of releases of various cycles (from planned to hotfix).
• Adaptation of business ideas to the existing design system and technical capabilities.

3. Working with the Team:

• Participation in all Scrum events (Daily, Planning, Grooming, Demo, Retro).
• Coordination of designers' work: from concept to final mock-up acceptance.
• Support for developers: clarifying details and assisting in resolving emerging issues.

4. Reporting and Communications:

• Regular informing of management about the progress and results of sprints.
• Prompt response to changes (change management) and proposing alternative solutions.

What we expect from you:

• Understanding of SDLC and practical experience working in Agile teams.
• Proficient use of Jira and Confluence.
• Fluent Russian and English (from B2) for maintaining documentation.

Will be a plus:

• Technical background: experience in development, system administration, or engineering roles.
• Data-driven approach: practical skills in working with SQL and product analytics tools (Amplitude, Mixpanel) for independent hypothesis testing.
• International experience: successful cases of developing and scaling high-load products in the global market.
