Product Manager / Project Manager
We are building an AI-driven customer experience platform that helps companies improve customer service, automate support, and enhance the customer experience. The product is currently in an active development stage — the landing page and presentation materials are being prepared. We already have working modules for customer support, quality assurance, and additional functionality for scaling the platform.
Responsibilities will include:
- Building and managing a development team
- Planning, coordinating, and controlling product development from idea to release
- Forming the product roadmap and prioritizing the product backlog
- Describing product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Assigning tasks to developers, designers, QA, and other members of the tech team
- Monitoring deadlines, resources, and the quality of feature implementation
- Interacting with development, design, analytics, and business stakeholders
- Launching new product features and improving existing functionality
What's important:
- Experience as a Product Manager / Project Manager in IT or SaaS products
- Experience building and managing development teams
- Experience with creating roadmaps, backlog management, and product delivery
- Skill in translating business tasks into technical requirements
