We are looking for a Product Owner for an iGaming product company in Cyprus.

The role involves product development, backlog management, and coordination between business and development teams. You will participate in launching new brands, analyzing user needs, identifying growth opportunities, and helping to shape product solutions that impact key business indicators.

✅ Responsibilities: • Participate in launching new brands and developing current products • Gather, analyze, and formalize business requirements • Interact with stakeholders, dev, QA, content, and other teams • Prepare specifications, user stories, scenarios, and project documentation • Formulate and prioritize the product backlog • Assign tasks to development teams and support them until release • Coordinate work between teams and monitor task completion • Work with product metrics, analytics, and growth hypotheses • Analyze current functionality and identify opportunities for product improvement • Participate in roadmap planning and fostering product culture

✅ Requirements: • Experience of 2+ years as a Product Owner / Product Manager / Business Analyst / Product or Project Coordinator / Delivery Manager • Understanding of the product lifecycle and development processes • Experience in gathering, analyzing, and documenting requirements • Experience interacting with development teams and assigning tasks • Understanding of product metrics and analytics • Experience with Jira and Confluence • Knowledge of Agile / Scrum • Strong analytical and communication skills • Systems thinking and attention to detail

✅ Will be a plus: • Experience in iGaming / FinTech / Banking • Experience with high-load systems • Understanding of API integrations, JSON, XML, and technical documentation • Participation in launching new products or brands
