We are looking for a Product Manager/Business Analyst from Middle level and up for a product IT company, to our partners with an in-house support department, with in-house tooling solutions and partially own development of product solutions for customer support.

Responsibilities: • study current processes and tools, analyze the backlog of "ideas" that haven't been addressed yet • analyze problems and look for solutions for changes • formulate requirements and set tasks for development • accompany tasks until implementation and control their integration into work

Requirements: • have at least 2 years of experience in a similar position • manage tasks and statuses in Jira/YouTrack • maintain documentation in Confluence • proficient in Excel at an advanced level with pivot tables • have experience conducting analytics based on AS IS/TO BE data
