Vacancy: Product Manager

Hello everyone! The team is looking for a technically savvy Product Manager to work in the Anti-Fraud domain.
We expect the candidate to propose new approaches, actively ask questions, and help the team find optimal solutions.
What you will be doing:
- Managing the full cycle of an initiative: from idea generation and hypothesis validation (Discovery, data analysis) to production launch and metric tracking.
- Working with OKRs: decomposing annual and quarterly company goals into specific product initiatives and monitoring their achievement.
- Cross-functional interaction: Coordinating work with related departments (development, design, operations) to ensure a seamless value delivery process.
- Stakeholder synchronization: regular "check-ins" with development, fintech, and operations to resolve blockers.
- Requirements elaboration (Discovery): writing clear PRDs (Product Requirements Document), designing user journeys (CJM), and task assignment.
- Data-driven approach: daily monitoring of product metrics, identifying anomalies, and growth opportunities in funnels.
- End-to-End control: personal responsibility for ensuring that a launched feature not only goes live but also starts delivering results.
- Expectation management: Regular reporting to the business on saved funds (Loss Prevention).
- Documentation: Maintaining an up-to-date knowledge base on the system's rules and logic.
What we expect from the candidate:
- Experience with management tools: Jira, Confluence, Youtrack
- Experience in design and visualization: Figma, Miro, LucidChart/Visio
- Analytical experience: SQL (basic level), working with BI systems (Tableau/Amplitude/Grafana), Google Analytics.
- Understanding of API principles, microservice architecture, and client-server interaction.
