🚀 Technical Product / Project Manager 📍 Limassol, Cyprus 🏢 Full-time | On-site (Hybrid may be considered in exceptional cases)

We're looking for a Technical Product / Project Manager with a strong product mindset to turn business ideas into well-structured requirements and successfully deliver new platform features. You'll work closely with Product, Development, QA, and Design teams, managing the full product lifecycle from research and planning to launch and continuous improvement.

What you'll do: • Research competitors, products, and market trends • Gather and structure business requirements • Write detailed product documentation, user stories, and technical tasks • Manage delivery from planning to release • Work closely with developers, designers, and QA • Validate completed features and identify gaps before launch • Prioritize tasks and keep projects on track

Requirements: ✔ Experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, Project Manager, Technical Business Analyst, or similar role ✔ Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum and tools like Jira, Linear, ClickUp, or Asana ✔ Experience writing product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria ✔ Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills ✔ Strong written English ✔ Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude AI, or similar ⭐ Experience in iGaming, fintech, SaaS, payments, crypto, APIs, platform architecture, or launching digital products is a strong advantage.
