Our iGaming product company is looking for a 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗿 who understands system design and has experience in redesigning web platforms and mobile applications in the iGaming domain.

🛠️ Responsibilities: ✅ conduct analysis of the current product and metrics (online casino platform); ✅ ensure UX audit and user research are conducted; ✅ form goals and hypotheses for improvements; ✅ design user scenarios and information architecture; ✅ create prototypes and update the visual style and design system; ✅ organize and conduct UX and A/B testing; ✅ prepare tasks and requirements for development and quality control of implementation; ✅ launch updates, monitor key metrics, and optimize the product based on data.

⚡ What we expect: ☑️ Experience working as a 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗿 in iGaming with mockups, prototypes, and design systems (at a manager's level, i.e., the candidate should understand the limitations of the design system, not develop it). ☑️ Experience with product metrics and user behavior analysis. ☑️ Ability to independently work with data, draw conclusions, and use them for product decisions. ☑️ Experience in setting tasks for analytical research, A/B testing, and preparing product dashboards. ☑️ Understanding the limitations and capabilities of different platforms (Web, iOS, Android) when designing and implementing functionality (basic understanding, not necessarily knowing the guidelines, but knowing they exist).
