And we do too! We have a proposal. How about trying yourself as a Product Manager at Cobalt Lab? We are CobaltLab, a Rust-gaming platform with its own currency, game modes, and a large active community.

We need a person who loves digging into numbers, loves money, understands players, and constantly asks: "What else can be improved to make people return more often and play longer?"

What you'll be doing

• Devising and launching mechanics that affect deposits, retention, and revenue.
• Developing game modes, bonuses, promotions, events, and other ways to engage players.
• Identifying growth opportunities in the product and testing hypotheses through analytics and experiments.
• Collaborating with development, design, analytics, and marketing teams to quickly bring ideas to release.
• Reviewing results after launch and deciding what to improve next.

What's important

• Product Manager experience in iGaming, gambling, or gaming products.
• Understanding of product metrics and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Experience launching features that have genuinely impacted business results.
• Independence and a desire to take responsibility for your decisions.

Will be a plus

• Experience with Rust, CS2, skin gambling, or other gaming projects.
