Product Manager/ CPO

We are launching a new online casino in the Uzbekistan market. We are looking for someone who will take on the management of the team, product, and project economics from scratch and become one of the key leaders of the company. 📊 What you will do Manage the team — distribute tasks, set priorities, control deadlines and quality, analyze results Build a work system from scratch — processes, regulations, control points, reporting, task management tools and discipline of their use Form the team — define roles, conduct interviews, onboard new employees Develop and calculate bonus mechanics — welcome mechanics and promotions, bonus economics (cost per player, wagering, completion rate, breakeven point), abuse protection Manage casino economics — game mix, GGR, hold, monitor indicators and react to deviations Control fraud and responsible gaming — multi-accounts, abuse, RG compliance Manage the product — funnel from entry to deposit and retention, task prioritization, key flows, hypothesis testing through A/B tests Formulate product strategy, identify growth points, and adapt the product to new GEOs as we scale 🔥 What we offer High income — competitive fixed salary + bonus system Real influence on the product and business without unnecessary bureaucracy Opportunity to make decisions and quickly implement ideas A team ready for growth and scaling Fully remote format from anywhere in the world 💡 What we expect from the candidate Experience in iGaming in a position such as Head of Casino / Head of Product / CPO Experience in launching and scaling products or new GEOs Strategic thinking, strong analytical skills, ability to build teams We are looking for someone with real industry experience — stronger than us in this field. Someone who sets the direction: says where to look and what to do to make the project work. We don't assign tasks to them — on the contrary, we expect them to lead us. At the start, the team is small, so this is not purely a management role. It is important to be able not only to lead but also to work hands-on — to dive into processes and personally bring tasks to completion. As the project grows, the focus shifts towards team management and scaling.
