Vacancy: Product Manager IGaming

DevCasi — we develop gaming platforms and mobile applications. We create products for clients who value quality and reliability, and manage projects as simply and transparently as possible — from the first introduction to launch. We design and develop turnkey gaming platforms: backend, admin panel, integrations, and user interface. We create native and cross-platform applications for iOS and Android. We focus on performance, usability, and clean code.

Tasks:

• Launch and develop products, improve existing ones;
• Study the market, competitors, and user experience;
• Analyze business and user requirements;
• Conduct CustDev, launch A/B tests, and analyze data to find product growth points;
• Interact and coordinate with the development department for successful releases;
• Build clear processes;
• Write technical specifications and assign tasks to the team;
• Participate in strategic business-level decisions;

Requirements:

• Experience in IGaming for at least 2 years;
• Understanding of the iGaming ecosystem: platforms, providers, payment systems, anti-fraud;
• Experience in a similar position for at least 3 years;
• Ability to organize teamwork;
• Understanding of business goals and a desire to influence the result;
• Experience launching a product from scratch and taking it to the next level;
• Organizational skills, ability to plan one's work;
• Experience in fast-growing companies and startups will be a plus.
