We are looking for a Product Manager to join our team for the development and support of the project's administrative platform.

Our project has about 50 employees, active development, constant releases, and high responsibility for the stability of internal systems. We are seeking a person with strong organizational skills, who can manage multiple task streams simultaneously, work with a large number of stakeholders, and not get lost in rapidly changing priorities.

Main requirements for the candidate:

— Product Manager experience – from 5 years, preferably within one long-term project; — Experience in gambling / betting projects is welcome, especially with launching and developing websites; — Experience with AI agents from 1 year; — Understanding of development processes, release cycles, and the functioning of internal admin systems; — Confident use of Jira, Trello, and task management tools; — Experience interacting with development, design, QA, and support teams; — High stress resistance and ability to make quick decisions under high load; — Willingness to be available outside of standard working hours for urgent tasks or releases; — Having training / courses in team management will be an advantage;

Working conditions:

— Schedule: from 10:00 to 18:00; — Work format is negotiable; — Unscheduled calls and availability during night hours may be required for critical tasks or releases
