DevCasi — we develop gaming platforms and mobile applications. We create products for clients who value quality and reliability, and we manage projects as simply and transparently as possible — from the first introduction to launch. We design and develop turnkey gaming platforms: backend, admin panel, integrations, and user interface. We create native and cross-platform applications for iOS and Android. We focus on performance, usability, and clean code.

Tasks:

• Product launch and development, improvement of existing ones;
• Market research, competitor analysis, and user experience research;
• Analysis of business and user requirements;
• Conduct Customer Development, launch A/B tests, and analyze data to identify product growth points;
• Interaction and coordination of the development department for successful releases;
• Building clear processes;
• Writing technical specifications and setting tasks for the team;
• Participation in strategic business-level decisions;

Requirements:

• Experience in IGaming for at least 2 years;
• Understanding of the iGaming ecosystem: platforms, providers, payment systems, anti-fraud;
• Experience in a similar position for at least 3 years;
• Ability to organize teamwork;
• Understanding of business goals and a desire to influence results;
• Participation in launching a product from scratch and taking it to the next level;
• Organizational skills, planning your work;
• It will be a plus, experience in fast-growing companies and startups.
