We are currently looking for a Product Manager for our flagship crypto casino!
🌟What you'll be doing:
- Developing and implementing product strategy and roadmap in line with business goals
- Optimizing the player journey: from the first click to long-term retention
- Managing the product backlog, prioritizing tasks, and controlling deadlines
- Growing key product metrics: Conversion Rate, ARPU, LTV, Retention, reducing Churn
- Launching and controlling A/B tests, verifying hypotheses, and analyzing results
- Cross-functional team collaboration (Marketing, Development, PSP, CRM, etc.)
- Analyzing competitors and the market environment across various GEOs
- Identifying product growth opportunities and implementing data-driven improvements
🌟Who we're looking for:
- At least 2 years of experience as a Product Manager in iGaming
- Practical experience with Hotjar and product analytics tools
- Deep understanding of key product metrics (CR, ARPU, LTV, Retention, Churn) and the factors influencing them
- Experience working with the funnel (from acquisition to retention) and optimizing it
- Analytical mindset, ability to work with hypotheses and data
- Experience working with Tier-1 GEOs
- English language proficiency at B2 level or higher
- Experience conducting user surveys, working with control groups
- Practical experience with A/B testing
