If you care not just about "making a product," but about seeing a real impact on metrics and business - let's get acquainted. This is a role with high autonomy, working directly with the business and being responsible for developing key product mechanics in iGaming.

👉 What you will be doing: • Develop key product areas: bonus mechanics, tournaments, user engagement features, and the forum; • Independently define product metrics and growth goals; • Formulate and test hypotheses, run experiments and A/B tests; • Work on conversion, retention, and user scenarios; • Prioritize the product backlog and drive initiatives to measurable results; • Coordinate the work of development, design, analytics, and the operations team; • In the future - participate in the development of the betting direction.

👉 What is important: • Experience as a Product Owner / Product Manager in iGaming (affiliate or casino / betting products); • Strong understanding of metrics and monetization models (CPA / RevShare / Hybrid); • Data-driven approach to decision-making; • Experience with content or traffic products; • Ability to work autonomously and take responsibility for the result.

⭐ Nice to have: • Understanding of SEO and the impact of product decisions on organic traffic; • Experience with engagement mechanics and UGC; • Experience in betting products; • Practical use of AI in product work.
