🚀Product Manager (Mobile Apps, Data-Driven)

We are looking for a Product Manager for the mobile direction (focus — scaling key products).

We need a specialist who knows how to measure feature effectiveness. It's important not just to suggest improvements, but to analyze their results — both at the level of a specific feature and in the context of the product's overall business objectives. To understand the impact of changes not only on individual metrics but on the product as a whole.

🔧 What you will do:

• Analyze monetization funnels and find growth points
• Optimize conversions, ARPU, LTV, retention
• Formulate and prioritize hypotheses
• Conduct A/B tests (from design to interpretation of results)
• Work with unit economics and key metrics
• Build a product analytics system (event tracking, data requirements, reporting)
• Evaluate results in numbers

❗ What's important:

• 2+ years of experience in a Product Manager / Product Marketing Manager role (mobile)
• Strong data-driven approach
• Experience optimizing monetization and conversions
• Understanding of unit economics
• Experience with analytics tools
• Ability to work independently with data and formulate development requirements
• English — intermediate+

✨ Will be a plus:

• Experience working with a subscription monetization model in mobile products
• Mathematical, technical, or economic education
• Confident understanding of statistics and principles of data analysis
