Position: (Growth) Product Manager for utility apps with a focus on subscriptions, web2app/web2web funnels, and revenue growth.

Client: an international mobile company (Cyprus, Poland, Belarus), creating high-performing mobile applications and games for 3 main platforms: iOS, Android, Amazon Appstore since 2019. The team has 50+ people, a product approach, fast iterations, and a lot of work with monetization and web funnels.

Location: remote Work format: full-time Cooperation format: B2B (Sole Proprietorship, self-employment, etc.). Not through platforms, not with crypto.

Responsibilities: ◾ Review and improve existing products (utilities); ◾ Manage web funnels (web2app / web2web) for B2C mobile applications with subscriptions and in-app purchases (IAP); ◾ Identify bottlenecks in funnels and implement data-driven solutions to increase revenue and user retention; ◾ Control payment system integrations (Stripe, PayPal), optimize subscriptions, and increase average revenue per user; ◾ Collaborate with designers and developers to optimize onboarding processes, paywalls, and monetization, and improve user experience; ◾ Analyze key product metrics (CAC, LTV, retention) and make data-driven decisions; ◾ Identify new monetization opportunities for existing features.

Requirements: ◾ 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager / Product Owner in mobile utilities and subscription products; ◾ Experience launching and optimizing web-to-app/web funnels; ◾ Deep understanding of key product metrics and their impact on product growth; ◾ Proven experience in making data-driven product decisions, confident work with analytical systems; ◾ Practical experience in preparing and maintaining product documentation in Confluence; ◾ Experience conducting A/B tests and product experiments to increase user engagement and revenue growth; ◾ Ability to find and implement opportunities for feature monetization and product scaling.
