We are currently looking for a Product Growth Manager (web2web). In this role, it's not just about launching and setting up processes, but about the ability to find growth points, increase conversion at each stage, and turn hypotheses into measurable results. We are looking for someone who can quickly test ideas, make data-driven decisions, and build a systematic approach to product scaling.
Requirements:
- Practical experience in building and improving web funnels for mobile products, preferably in AI services
- Confident proficiency in no-code/low-code platforms for creating funnels, such as FunnelFox, web2wave, or their equivalents
- Experience implementing solutions to minimize payment chargebacks
- Experience in independently conducting A/B tests: from formulating hypotheses to analyzing results and implementing changes
- Understanding of performance marketing and the logic of optimizing Meta Ads / TikTok Ads
- Product analytics skills and experience with tools like AppsFlyer, Amplitude, Google Analytics 4, or similar
- Experience working with payment providers: Stripe, Paddle, or similar solutions
- Active use of AI tools in daily work to speed up processes, automate tasks, and find new solutions
Your tasks:
- Create and develop web funnels using no-code tools, including FunnelFox and web2wave
- Configure user scenario logic within funnels
- Optimize post-purchase scenarios to increase retention rate and reduce early cancellations
- Conduct A/B experiments: formulate hypotheses, launch tests, analyze results, and scale successful solutions
- Analyze user data and identify conversion growth points at various funnel stages
- Utilize AI tools to accelerate operational processes, generate ideas, and improve team efficiency
