Our product team is around 30 people – performance-focused professionals with backgrounds from leading tech companies. Every team member brings deep expertise, gives direct feedback, and confidently challenges ideas to keep the product focused on real value.

Now we’re looking for a VP of Product to lead our next stage of growth — from tens to hundreds of millions in ARR. You’ll own the product strategy, roadmap, and go-to-market, shaping how apps make money across the world.

Adapty handles mobile app monetization. Alongside billing and the core infrastructure, our features help apps grow through tools that truly move the numbers:

• Analytics (a lot): we process massive amounts of data and build charts that help developers understand and maintain a healthy app economy. You can see what drives revenue and what slows it down. We predict revenue to help apps with scaling.
• Paywall and Onboarding Management: build and manage onboarding, paywalls, run A/B tests, and launch updates instantly — no app release required.
• Revenue Autopilot: a full-cycle system that analyses the market, finds benchmarks, creates paywalls, tests them, and shows results automatically.
• User Acquisition: analyzes the ROI of performance marketing campaigns and optimizes them.

Refund Saver, LTV prediction, dozens of 3rd party integrations, and many more features and products across our growing ecosystem.

What you’ll do

• Set the product vision and turn it into money (3x YoY revenue growth).
• Build and lead a strong product team.
• Talk to customers, study the market, and find new growth opportunities.
• Work with cross-functional teams to drive product development, adoption, and sales.

About you

• 5+ years in product management, ideally in mobile or B2B SaaS.
• Proven experience scaling a product from $10M to $50M+ ARR.
• Comfortable with data, metrics, and product analytics.
• Strong leadership and hiring skills.
• Fluent English.
