What you will do:

• Manage the launch of marketing initiatives (from idea initiation and messaging, project planning, to post-analysis);
• conduct A/B tests;
• work with base segmentation: develop segment-specific offer policies, conduct A/B tests of offers and product features;
• maintain documentation for promotions, control the correctness of offer issuance mechanics;
• understand user engagement and retention mechanics;
• set up analytics, create technical specifications for research, dashboards and ad-hoc requests, prioritize analytics tasks;
• be proficient in all key metrics (retention, LT, arpu, etc.) and understand the logic of their calculation;
• create service communication maps and keep them updated;
• manage the process of creating creatives for promotional points in the service;
• write briefs for design and copywriting;
• work in conjunction with communications to form a plan for highlighting promotions and product features;
• synchronize plans with related teams, generate reports.

We expect you to:

• Have at least one year of experience in product marketing, growth, or data-driven management;
• be able to manage cross-team processes and projects;
• know the principles of A/B testing and base segmentation;
• be able to write technical specifications that are understandable to analytical teams and communicate with them on the same wavelength;
• have experience working with product and analytical teams;
• possess strong analytical skills and understand key metrics;
• understand the key principles of customer engagement and retention;
• be able to think systemically and dive into details;
• have a high level of self-organization and time management;
• be able to work in a multitasking environment and a rapidly changing market.
