Head of Commercial Integrations Group
Responsibilities will include:
- Developing a strategy for increasing return on investment (ROI/ROMI) for BTL, gamification, special projects, and media placement channels;
- Creating and implementing an effectiveness assessment methodology for each type of marketing activity;
- Organizing a process for regular monitoring and analysis of launched campaign results for prompt tactic adjustments;
- Controlling the achievement of planned profitability targets for assigned areas;
- Interacting with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, analytics, finance, legal) for data collection automation and process optimization;
- Participating in the formation of annual and quarterly planning for the profitability of marketing activities.
What is important to us:
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar position with similar responsibilities;
- Expert knowledge of key performance indicators (ROI, ROMI, LTV, ARPPU, AdRev, GMV) and methods for assessing the impact of gamification on engagement and revenue;
- Ability to build predictive financial models and form long-term strategies for channel profitability development;
- Team management skills, ability to build processes "from scratch" and manage change;
- Advanced argumentation and position defense skills, ability to simplify meaning and negotiation skills.
