Maxler is an international sports nutrition and wellness products brand (USA / Germany).
Key Role Objective
To make maxler.com a revenue driver through a managed e-commerce model, traffic, conversion, repeat sales, as well as to develop additional growth channels through partnerships, affiliate mechanics, expert marketing, and offline activations. The task for Russia is to build a strong D2C model and make the website the key sales channel.
Who We Are Looking For
A strong growth marketer with experience in E-commerce/FMCG who knows how to generate revenue, build a working e-commerce system, launch partnerships, develop affiliate marketing, work with experts, and strengthen the brand through digital and offline activations.
Responsibilities
- Building and managing the entire marketing function, online and offline
- Sales growth through the website, D2C, and integration with marketplaces
- Launching and scaling performance channels, VK, Telegram, bloggers, CPA
- Developing product offers, bundles, quiz funnels
- Managing funnel, conversion, AOV, LTV
- Content as a sales tool, SMM, UGC, influencers
- Developing affiliate marketing as a separate sales and customer acquisition channel
- Building and scaling partnerships with fitness clubs, studios, communities, experts, bloggers, and other relevant platforms
- Launching joint marketing activities, special projects, and collaborations
- Developing the export direction, interacting with the professional community, including doctors, nutritionists, trainers, and experts in health and sports
- Organizing the brand's participation in events, exhibitions, sports conferences, and industry events
- Creating expert content for professional audiences and end consumers
- Working with the team and contractors
- Testing hypotheses and quick implementation of results
Requirements
- Experience in the role of Marketing Director / Head of Growth and building marketing strategy
- Ability to work hands-on and quickly launch hypotheses
- Mandatory experience in e-commerce and FMCG, dietary supplements, sports nutrition, or related categories
- Strong performance background, not just brand
- Understanding of unit economics and key metrics, CAC, LTV, ROI
- Experience with Russian channels, VK, Telegram, bloggers
- Practical experience in affiliate marketing, partner marketing, or influencer sales will be an advantage
- Experience in offline marketing, events, conferences, and partner integrations will be an advantage
- Desired experience interacting with the professional community and experts

- A pure brand marketer without performance experience
- An SMM manager or content specialist
- A strategist without practical launch experience
- A candidate without e-commerce experience
Conditions
- Office-based work format in Moscow. After the probation period – hybrid.
- Cooperation format: Sole Proprietorship (B2B, service agreement). Payment is made by invoice.
- Remuneration (fixed) up to 350,000 rubles net. After the first 3 months of cooperation, a bonus part based on KPIs is added.
