Lamoda is developing a separate growth area that combines marketing, product, commerce, and operations around a common goal — attracting, activating, and retaining new customers.
We are looking for a Senior Growth Manager who will take the lead on the project, synchronize cross-functional teams, and be responsible not for a specific marketing channel, but for the overall business result.
This is a new strategic role with a direct impact on the development of Lamoda's growth function and the opportunity to participate in the formation of a separate team in the future.
What you will be doing:
- Developing and implementing a strategy for attracting, activating, and retaining new customers;
- Being responsible for meeting the new customer acquisition target;
- Managing acquisition economics and monitoring CAC, LTV, retention, churn, and payback;
- Coordinating initiatives across marketing, product, commerce, and operations;
- Forming a unified game plan, controlling deadlines, responsible parties, and success metrics;
- Building the work of performance, CRM, and other marketing areas around a common goal;
- Finding new growth sources and scaling effective tools;
- Formulating, prioritizing, and launching growth hypotheses;
- Conducting experiments with channels, audiences, offers, communications, and customer scenarios;
- Working with cohorts, segments, funnels, and customer analytics;
- Managing the marketing budget;
- Preparing reports and presenting results to management.
What we expect:
- Over 3 years of experience in growth, performance, UA, product, or CRM marketing;
- Experience in acquiring a significant volume of new customers or users;
- Practical experience not only in acquisition but also in activation or retention;
- Understanding of product and marketing metrics;
- Experience working with CAC, LTV, retention, churn, and payback;
- Ability to independently identify patterns in data and translate them into solutions;
- Understanding the connection between marketing activities and business results;
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams;
- Strong communication, presentation, and argumentation skills;
- Systemic thinking, independence, adaptability, and a results-oriented approach.
