Partner Account Manager
Responsibilities will include:
- Generating marketing revenue from the assigned portfolio of partners;
- Overseeing the entire advertising campaign cycle: from concept and sale to launch and performance evaluation;
- Promotional campaign planning, (including trade marketing activities);
- Evaluating incremental effects on both marketing and commercial metrics for implemented projects and analyzing the results of launched campaigns;
- Leading negotiations with partners and preparing presentations for negotiations and regular meetings;
- Developing the partner's annual and quarterly investment plan for the platform, conducting annual and quarterly negotiations;
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, analytics, finance, legal) to automate data collection and optimize processes;
- Analyzing the competitive landscape and identifying growth opportunities.
What's important to us:
- Experience as a marketer, brand manager, or trade marketing manager;
- Knowledge of basic metrics: ROI, LTV, AOV, ARPPU, AdRev, GMV;
- Experience in negotiations, sales, and the ability to argue and defend a position;
- Experience in implementing full-cycle special projects;
- Readiness for diverse tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously;
- Understanding of the advertising market structure and the e-grocery, retail media block in particular;
- Proficient in Figma, Excel, PowerPoint.
