What you need to know

• At least 3 years of experience in Partnership Management / B2B Sales / Business Development in IT/SaaS.
• Understanding of the B2B integrator market (amoCRM, Bitrix24) and marketing SaaS/agencies.
• Experience in building B2B partner programs from scratch (CPA, Revenue Share, lead sharing).
• "Hunter" proactivity, entrepreneurial thinking (Win-Win), systematic approach to CRM and follow-ups.

Conditions

• Full-time 5/2, office in Moscow or Kazan.
• After the probationary period: flexible start to the day, VHI with dentistry, exemption from conscription, preferential mortgage at 6%, English language courses, participation in meetups and conferences.
