Sila Uma, an ecosystem of SEO products, is looking for a Head of Partnerships.
Sila Uma is a dynamic ecosystem of SEO products. We help businesses grow through the automation of search promotion and are already changing the game in the market.
We are actively scaling one of our flagship projects – "Umniy Service.rf" – and are seeking a Head of Partnerships to build this function from scratch, establish processes, and guide partners. If you have experience launching and developing large partnership programs in SaaS or digital and want to own an entire direction – we are waiting for you in our team.
What we expect now:
- Build a partner sales channel from the ground up. The main focus is to create a scalable system, attract partners, and make a tangible contribution to revenue.
What is needed for this:
- Audit and launch: Assess the current situation and build a partnership program from scratch: transparent, flexible, with different conditions for B2B and B2C.
- Develop mechanics: promo codes, referral links, partner dashboards, promotional materials, accrual and payout models.
- Attract and develop a community: SEO agencies, digital studios, freelancers, webmasters, bloggers. Work with a large number of partners.
- Build processes: onboarding, training, KPIs, motivation, payout automation, transparent analytics for each partner and segment.
- Boost the partner channel: ensure a significant contribution to the sales pipeline, be responsible for ROI, LTV, conversion, and partner activity.
- Cross-functional interaction: close collaboration with marketing, sales, support, and product teams.
- Reporting and analytics: dashboards, regular monitoring of metrics, presentation of results to management.
- In the future: assemble and lead a team of partner managers.
We will be glad to meet you if you:
- Have managed a partner program for at least 2 years (Head of Partnerships, Team Lead), not just worked as a partner manager.
- Have built or developed large partner programs with a significant number of agents.
- Have experience with both B2B and B2C bases.
- Have a successful case of launching or completely relaunching a partner/referral program in SaaS, IT, or digital – with numbers, of course.
- Know how to create processes from scratch so that the system works without manual control.
- Are ready to work hands-on at the start and then hire and develop a team.
- Are proficient in CRM and analytics (Bitrix24 / amoCRM, Excel / Google Sheets at the pivot table level, calculating LTV, ROI).
Nice to have:
- Understanding of the SEO market.
- Your own established base of partners.
- Experience with acquiring and mass payouts.
- Work at the intersection of marketing and product.
- If you have a strong background in partner programs but are not from the SEO industry – this is not a deal-breaker. We will help you quickly immerse yourself in the product and subject area.
