🔹What you will do · Participate in the search and attraction of new partners and contractors. · Participate in the search for new lead sources and build long-term relationships with them. · Maintain daily communication with existing partners: calls, correspondence. · Help partners increase the volume of applications and cooperation efficiency. · Monitor the quality and quantity of incoming leads. · Track application statuses and provide timely feedback to partners. · Participate in budget planning for each partner. · Maintain CRM, spreadsheets, and reports. · Search for new growth points and test new customer acquisition channels.

🔹What we expect · Ability to build relationships with people and maintain constant communication. · Not afraid to write, call, remind, and achieve results. · Organized and able to keep dozens of parallel tasks under control. · Love numbers, spreadsheets, and order. · Learn quickly and are ready to master new tools.

✔️Will be a plus · Experience working with partners, contractors, clients, or suppliers in the IT sphere · Experience in lead generation, affiliate marketing, digital agency, or sales. · Understanding of CPA/CPL/CPS models or other performance-based payment schemes.
