We are Finlead.team, an international product IT company creating in-demand digital B2C services on a subscription model.
⭐️ What you will be working on:
Searching, attracting, and interacting with new affiliates, webmasters, and CPA networks.
Maintaining long-term relationships with existing partners.
Analyzing and monitoring the effectiveness of affiliates, advertisers, and CPA networks.
KPI: increasing traffic by attracting and retaining partners.
Conducting negotiations, concluding contracts, and agreeing on cooperation terms.
Monitoring market trends, competitors, and new opportunities for traffic growth and advertiser bids.
Analyzing key metrics.
Preparing regular reports, reconciling accounts payable/receivable.
⭐️ We expect:
Work experience in a similar position or role for 1-3 years.
Experience with CPA networks, media buyers, and arbiters.
Knowledge of basic metrics: CPA, CPC, CPL, CPM, etc.
Excellent communication skills and negotiation abilities.
Flexibility and ability to work in a multitasking environment.
Understanding of digital marketing and online advertising basics (will be an advantage).

If you have experience in CPA marketing and arbitration teams.
Experience in fintech.
