Partner Marketing Manager
We build long-term cooperation with top market players, managing federal-scale budgets. We form technological solutions for integration into the client's CJM, ensuring lead generation for all business segments.
Responsibilities:
- Building long-term relationships with affiliate networks and thematic platforms
- Conducting statistical analysis of launched advertising campaigns, partner performance, and attracted traffic
- Optimizing work with current partners, searching for new interaction schemes and growth points
- Forming an acquisition strategy for traffic scaling, implementing tools/mechanics for its execution
- Launching marketing campaigns together with related departments (marketing, production, legal)
- Launching special projects
- Analyzing offers and the competitive environment, controlling traffic quality
- Conducting A/B tests on major partner platforms
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in partner marketing
- Understanding of affiliate marketing specifics
- Strong communication skills – ability to find common ground and negotiate
- Understanding of monetization models CPA, CPL, CPC, traffic sources, and advertising formats
- Proficiency in key internet advertising metrics (CR, AR, EPC, ROI, LTV, and other traffic efficiency metrics)
- Knowledge of Fraud traffic types
