We are actively growing and scaling our affiliate channel in the PDL vertical. We are currently looking for a strong Affiliate Manager to help develop our partner network, attract new partners, and scale high-quality traffic volumes.
Responsibilities: • Finding, onboarding, and developing partners and webmasters in the PDL vertical • Developing and scaling the affiliate channel in CIS markets • Analyzing traffic quality, key metrics, and partner campaign effectiveness • Optimizing performance indicators and identifying new growth opportunities • Monitoring the market, competitors, and new opportunities for scaling • Participating in relevant conferences and industry events
Requirements: • From 1 year of experience as an Affiliate Manager • Experience working with CIS markets (RU and KZ) • Understanding of affiliate models, CPA marketing, and performance approaches • Experience in the microfinance organization (MFO) vertical will be an advantage • Having your own partner base • Independence, proactivity, and results orientation
