Senior Marketer for Partner Launches in City and Benefit
We are looking for a marketer for partner projects who will work with the Supermarkets, Shopping, Cashback, and Bonuses sections within the T-Bank ecosystem. You will be responsible for partner promo launches and partner growth within our services and promotional activities. This is a role at the intersection of marketing, project management, analytics, and partner relations: from identifying needs or handling partner requests to launching campaigns and achieving measurable results.
Responsibilities:
- Handling partner requests (promo launches, strategic collaborations, special projects)
- Developing and approving marketing solutions for partner tasks (media plans, mechanics, promotion formats)
- Coordinating the partner component (partner integrations) in our own marketing campaigns
- Engaging current partners in promotional activities (mailings, landing pages, promotions, cross-promotions)
- Deeply understanding partners' businesses: grasping their goals, limitations, and growth points — obtaining information from the partner (briefing)
- Developing commercial proposals and presentations when necessary
- Launching campaigns: from idea to implementation
- Collecting and analyzing campaign results (and preparing partner reporting presentations)
- Maintaining communication with partners (when necessary)
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in marketing or partner launches (B2B2C)
- Understanding of marketing metrics: funnels, traffic, retention
- Experience managing projects with a large number of cross-functional teams and business lines, requiring synchronization and engagement
- Communication and negotiation skills: confidently communicating with business development managers and partners, arguing decisions, proactivity
- Ability to structure tasks and manage deadlines
- Analytical thinking and working with metrics, data-driven approach
- Skills in analyzing results and making data-driven decisions
- Understanding of the customer journey and principles of advertising campaigns
- Ability to work with presentations and create commercial proposals
