The team is responsible for attracting and developing business line partners for Shopping. The focus is on the largest market players, with whom the team develops joint growth and customer engagement mechanics.
The direction works with products that directly impact user activity and sales: cashback, advertising, loyalty programs, and the "City" service. Over the past year, the team has attracted more than 50 major partners and continues to scale the initiative.

Responsibilities
- Maintain the cashback mechanics calendar, plan tests, and analyze campaign results
- Launch quick CRM campaigns via push notifications, banners, and other communication channels
- Leverage news events and launch situational promotional campaigns
- Prepare media plans and reports on conducted activities
- Maintain the content plan for social media, assign tasks to related teams, and monitor their completion
Who we are looking for
- You have at least 1 year of work experience. Experience in e-commerce, FMCG, or ecosystem products will be a plus
- You can work with technical specifications and coordinate tasks between multiple teams
- You understand how marketing activities affect sales and business results
- You pay close attention to detail and meet deadlines
