BKS Mir Investitsiy is looking for a Head of Marketing for Non-Financial Partners.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a marketing strategy for the development of a partner channel with non-financial partners
- Identify new partnership segments and scenarios, form value propositions for different partner categories
- Launch and support joint marketing campaigns with partners, including co-marketing activities
- Manage the incoming lead flow from partners, build and optimize customer funnels
- Analyze conversions, sales, CAC, reach, and other key metrics of the partner channel
- Participate in the development and packaging of special product offers for partners
- Prepare marketing materials: texts for landing pages, banners, presentations, scripts, and communications
- Assemble and update landing pages in Tilda, assign tasks to designers, and coordinate materials with internal teams
Candidate Expectations:
- Higher education in marketing, economics, management, or finance
- At least 3 years of marketing experience, preferably in the financial sector, telecom, e-commerce, marketplace, or ecosystem business
- Experience in developing partner channels and launching joint marketing programs with partners
- Skills in developing marketing strategies, segmentation, positioning, and forming value propositions
- Understanding of performance marketing, CRM marketing, web analytics, and customer funnel management principles
- Experience working with analytics, performance metrics, and unit economics
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of SQL, BI tools, and experience in building financial models will be an advantage
- Strategic thinking, systematic approach, entrepreneurial mindset, results orientation, and ability to influence without direct authority
Will be an advantage:
