Develop a cross-product strategy for online sales in acquiring
Implement the online sales development strategy by optimizing current and connecting new sales channels and tools
Meet annual/quarterly/monthly budget plans for the acquiring segment
Identify new growth opportunities and implement corresponding measures to increase product sales volume
Track the effectiveness of each acquisition channel and make optimization decisions based on statistical data
Oversee the work of agencies and related departments
Generate analytics, reports, and presentations for management
Candidate Requirements
Higher education
Experience with various online acquisition channels and analytics systems; experience in banking/fintech will be an advantage
Experience in developing acquisition strategies, proven case studies of increasing sales through online promotion
Ability to influence metrics such as CPA, CPL, CPO, CR
Practical experience with Direct Marketing tools
Understanding of UX/UI fundamentals, knowledge of Customer Journey Map creation and optimization principles
Proficient in Excel (pivot tables, a wide range of formulas), PPT
Experience in building collaboration with multiple teams
Analytical thinking, a high level of independence, responsibility, and result-orientation
