We are looking for a strong Marketing Director / Chief Marketing Officer with experience in MFIs / FinTech who can build and scale the partnership channel as one of the key business growth drivers. It is important not just to support existing sources, but to systematically develop the affiliate ecosystem, launch new GEOs, strengthen the partner network, and find new points of growth in traffic and revenue.
Responsibilities:
• Development and implementation of an affiliate strategy for scaling traffic and company revenue growth;
• Development of the partnership channel in the MFI / FinTech vertical;
• Launching new GEOs, testing and scaling promising markets;
• Searching, onboarding, and developing key partners: CPA networks, webmasters, arbitrage teams, streamers, influencers, and direct partners;
• Building long-term relationships with top partners and developing our own partner ecosystem;
• Managing the affiliate team: hiring, onboarding, goal setting, KPI control, employee development, and mentoring;
• Analyzing traffic efficiency, controlling lead quality, and optimizing key performance metrics;
• Testing new traffic sources, stacks, funnels, and monetization mechanics;
• Development and optimization of the affiliate program, implementation of new analytics, automation, and scaling tools;
• Working with trackers, BI, CRM, and end-to-end analytics systems;
• Interacting with product, CRM, risk, sales, and analytics departments to improve traffic efficiency and customer LTV;
• Monitoring the market, competitors, and new opportunities in the performance and affiliate environment.
What is important to us:
• Practical experience in affiliate / CPA / performance marketing;
• Work experience in MFIs, FinTech, banking, or highly competitive performance verticals;
• Understanding of traffic economics and key performance metrics;
• Experience in scaling the affiliate channel and launching new GEOs;
• Strong negotiation and partnership development skills;
• Experience in team management and process building;
• Deep understanding of traffic arbitrage, affiliate models, and partner networks;
• Skills in working with analytics, trackers, and BI systems;
• High level of independence, systemic approach, and results orientation.
Will be a plus:
• Experience working with international markets;
• Own partner base and strong network in the affiliate environment;
• Experience working with Keitaro, Roistat, Power BI, Bitrix24, CPA and ADS networks;
• Understanding of compliance and specifics of promoting financial products.
