Affiliate manager
We are Finlead.team, an international product IT company creating in-demand digital B2C services on a subscription model.
⭐️ What you will be working with:
- Searching, attracting, and interacting with new affiliates, webmasters, and CPA networks.
- Maintaining long-term relationships with existing partners.
- Analyzing and monitoring the effectiveness of affiliates, advertisers, and CPA networks.
- KPI: increasing traffic by attracting and retaining partners.
- Conducting negotiations, concluding contracts, and agreeing on terms of cooperation.
- Monitoring market trends, competitors, and new opportunities for traffic growth and advertiser rates.
- Analyzing key metrics.
- Preparing regular reports, conducting reconciliations of accounts payable/receivable.
⭐️ What we expect:
- Work experience in a similar position or role for 1-3 years.
- Experience working with CPA affiliate networks, media buyers, and arbiters.
- Knowledge of basic metrics: CPA, CPC, CPL, CPM, etc.
- Excellent communication skills and negotiation ability.
- Flexibility and ability to work in a multitasking environment.
- Understanding of the basics of digital marketing and online advertising (will be an advantage).

- If you have experience in CPA marketing and arbitrage teams.
- Experience in fintech.
