We are looking for an Affiliate Manager with a focus on mobile traffic for a performance project in the financial vertical.

We need someone who doesn't just manage partners, but understands how traffic works, can look at numbers, quickly spot declines, communicate with webmasters, and influence results.

Main tasks:

• Manage partners and webmasters for mobile traffic;
• Work with mobile links, sub_id, click_id, postback, redirects, and tracking;
• Control traffic quality: registrations, submissions, approvals, issuances, stage-by-stage conversions;
• Work with AppsFlyer or similar MMP systems;
• Reconcile partner data with CRM/internal database;
• Monitor fraud, anomalies, and low-quality traffic;
• Analyze CPR, CPA/CPL, EPC, approve rate, conversion rate, issue rate, cost per issuance;
• Prepare clear conclusions on traffic: what's happening, where's the problem, what's next;
• Maintain regular communication with partners: calls, status updates, agreements, volume and quality control;
• Interact with marketing, analytics, IT/QA on issues of tracking, integrations, and funnel declines;
• Identify growth opportunities, new partners, and scaling possibilities.

What's important:

• Experience in affiliate/performance marketing;
• Understanding of mobile traffic and attribution tools, preferably AppsFlyer;
• Experience in the financial vertical, MFO/MKO/fintech/leadgen will be a big plus;
• Understanding of web traffic to see not only mobile, but also the overall performance logic;
• Ability to work with numbers, not just forward screenshots;
• Understanding of fraud, lead quality, postbacks, statuses, and data reconciliation;
• Ability to communicate structurally with partners and within the team.
