📌 Experience: 1–3 years

Responsibilities: • Manage partners and webmasters for mobile traffic.
• Monitor traffic quality and analyze key performance metrics (CPA, CPL, EPC, conversions).
• Work with AppsFlyer (or similar), postback, tracking, mobile links, sub_id/click_id.
• Identify fraud, analyze effectiveness, and find growth points.
• Interact with partners and internal teams (marketing, analytics, IT).

We expect: • 1+ year of experience in affiliate/performance marketing.
• Understanding of mobile traffic and attribution systems (AppsFlyer is an advantage).
• Skills in working with analytics, lead quality, and performance indicators.
• Ability to make data-driven decisions and communicate effectively with partners.
