Important: knowledge of the local language and understanding of the chosen GEO's market.

🎯 Responsibilities

🤝 Finding and connecting affiliate partners and webmasters 📈 Developing and scaling the partner network in your GEO 💼 Full cycle of work with partners (negotiations, onboarding, launch) 💸 Working with CPA / RevShare / Hybrid models 📊 Traffic analysis (FTD, deposits, ROI, retention) 🚀 Optimizing and scaling effective partners 🔍 Monitoring the market and competitors

✅ Requirements

✔️ Knowledge of one of the following languages: Mongolian / Uzbek / Azerbaijani / Turkish ✔️ Understanding of the local market and audience ✔️ English at a working level ✔️ Experience in affiliate / iGaming / performance marketing (a plus) ✔️ Understanding of CPA / RevShare / Hybrid ✔️ Communication, negotiation, and KPI management skills
