We are looking for an Affiliate manager to join the team of an international IGaming product. This is a great opportunity to join a growing product and develop with it.
Responsibilities:
- Search and attract new partners;
- Work with existing partners;
- Analyze and scale partner advertising campaigns;
- Search and test new traffic sources;
- Control the formation of partner payouts;
- Build/improve processes in the department;
- Represent the affiliate program at conferences.
Who we are looking for:
- At least 1 year of experience in iGaming, preferably with CIS markets.
- Experience with affiliate programs on the product or affiliate network side.
- Knowledge of CPA / RevShare / Hybrid / Spend models
- Understanding of arbitrage principles, the CPA market, and main traffic sources.
- Ability to analyze traffic quality and effectiveness, work with key indicators and numbers.
- Experience in managing and developing an affiliate base, negotiation and objection handling skills.
- Confident user of Excel / Google Sheets
- English language from B1.
