Affiliate Manager | Sweepstakes Casino (USA) 🎰

We are looking for an Affiliate Manager with current experience in Sweepstakes Casino and an active personal network of partners in the US market.

What you need to do: ▪️ Search for and attract new affiliate partners in the US market ▪️ Work with your own active partner network ▪️ Manage the full cycle: search → negotiation → onboarding → launch → control → scaling ▪️ Negotiate terms (CPA / RevShare / Hybrid) ▪️ Analyze US traffic sources and player quality ▪️ Monitor FTD, deposits, turnover, and ROI ▪️ Develop existing partners and grow traffic volumes ▪️ Work with affiliate platforms, tracking links, and postbacks ▪️ Track KPIs and prepare reports

What we expect: ▫️ Experience in Affiliate Marketing in Casino / iGaming / Sweepstakes for 1+ year ▫️ Recent experience: currently working or finished no more than 3 months ago (priority: currently working or finished within the last 1 month) ▫️ Essential experience with US traffic and understanding of Sweepstakes Casino ▫️ Active partner network that can be quickly engaged ▫️ Knowledge of effective US traffic sources ▫️ Understanding of CPA / RevShare / Hybrid ▫️ Experience with affiliate platforms and tracking ▫️ Strong negotiation skills ▫️ English B2+ (preferably C1) ▫️ Readiness for strict KPIs, independence, result-orientation ▫️ Important to be available during working hours: respond to manager's calls or call back within 15 minutes
