🔥 Affiliate Manager (iGaming)

We are looking for a strong Affiliate Manager to develop the affiliate network, scale traffic, and directly influence business growth in several markets.

Format: remote🏡

💼 What you need to do:

— Develop and scale the affiliate direction in line with growth goals — Search, connect, and develop webmasters, teams, and affiliate networks — Build long-term relationships with partners and increase their volumes — Develop strategies for attracting and retaining partners — Negotiate CPA / RevShare / Hybrid models and achieve the best terms — Analyze traffic quality, optimize ROI and key metrics — Prepare reports and present results to management — Collaborate with product, marketing, content, and paid media teams — Test new traffic sources, geos, and approaches

✅ What is important:

— 3–5 years of experience in affiliate / digital / performance marketing — Understanding of iGaming / betting / fintech — Experience with partner models (CPA, RevShare, Hybrid) — Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills — Ability to work with metrics and optimize results — English b2 + Russian (required) — Experience with tracking systems / CRM — Proactivity, systematic approach, and results orientation
