Business Development Manager (Traffic & Affiliate | FinTech / PDL)
We are developing the affiliate direction in the PDL vertical and are looking for a Business Development Manager who will be responsible for the development of the partner network, attracting new traffic sources, and scaling performance volumes in the CIS markets.
Main task:
Development and scaling of the partner network through attracting, purchasing, and managing traffic in the PDL vertical.
Responsibilities:
• Search, attraction, and connection of new partners • Development of the current partner base and increase in traffic volumes • Purchase and sale of traffic through partner and direct agreements • Negotiation of rates, terms, and volumes • Analysis of traffic quality and key performance metrics • Optimization of acquisition cost and ROI increase • Monitoring of the market, competitors, and new traffic sources • Participation in the development of the affiliate direction strategy
Requirements: • Experience in Affiliate / Business Development / Traffic Acquisition / Sales for 1–2 years • Negotiation and partner relationship development skills • Understanding of traffic sources and their monetization logic • Proactivity, independence, result-orientation • Experience in CIS GEO
Will be an advantage: • Understanding of CPA/CPL models and performance marketing • Experience with digital / fintech / lead generation will be a plus • Presence of a partner base
